Pray for students


Unbelievers Pray for the many students on your child’s campus who have never trusted Jesus Christ as their Lord. Pray for barriers to be broken down.

Christians Pray for their boldness as they live out the gospel and present it to their peers and teachers. Pray for timing, tact and compassion.

Salvation Pray that believers would have assurance of salvation and of God’s love for them.

The Word Pray that God’s Word would come alive in students as they read it, study it and live it out. Pray that His Word would rule their minds as well as their hearts as both are tugged in many directions.

Pressure Pray that students would live for Christ’s reputation and not their own, that they would not give in to peer pressure and that they would be aware of the escape God has prepared.

Hard work Pray that believers would be an example of those who live for Christ as they work with all their hearts at their studies, sports and relationships with family and friends.
Submission Pray that believers would submit to authority as those whom God has placed over them for instruction and protection.

Family Pray that your family and the families in your school would place Christ first in their lives, that He would be the focus of all they do and that His Word would dwell in them richly. Pray that you and your children would view your family as their central community for learning, growth, protection and Christian maturity. Pray that school, friends and other outside influences would remain secondary to the culture of family.
